I am a huge advocate of creating environments where each valued member can contribute in their own authentic manner.
Businesses are often so focused on their bottom line or on the substance of their service or product that they lose sight of their most valued asset — their teams. This often results in high turnover which in turn leads to low morale and lack of productivity.
I do not believe that employees are replaceable widgets and can offer my tried and tested strategies for both employee retention and increased productivity.
